Roadmap to Energy Efficient Buildings™ – Part I - Energy Benchmarking and Reporting
CoR Advisors presents a three part series on "The Roadmap to Energy Efficient Buildings™," beginning with energy benchmarking, monitoring and reporting. Part I of the series addresses the critical first step in energy management – establishing a baseline energy profile. This baseline can be used as a comparison against other properties, help identify initial areas for improvement, and serve as a means by which to measure the success of energy conservation measures. You'll learn how to capture real time energy data from your buildings and how to use that information to achieve better operational efficiencies. With many cities moving towards mandatory benchmarking and reporting requirements, it's important to understand the value of monitoring on a building-by-building basis, as well as being able to aggregate data across multiple properties.
