CoR Advisors® provides a full suite of Energy Management Solutions. We follow a four-step process beginning with a thorough analysis of current facility conditions and performance, as well as understanding the owners priorities and objectives. CoR Advisors® will make specific project recommendations, provide ROI models, assist with procurement of solutions, and oversee project management. Here is an overview of our energy services:

1. Initial Energy Assessment

• A historical analysis of utility consumption
• A physical walk-through and inspection of the property with building staff
• Comparison of energy usage against other buildings in portfolio or region
• Identification of cost inefficiencies and opportunities for upgrades, retrofits and other operational improvements
• Estimate anticipated energy upgrade costs, savings, and associated ROI
• Establish owner priorities and project objectives
• Discuss immediate opportunities for procurement and demand response (where applicable).

2. Energy Audit

• Provide ASHRAE Level I, II, or III audit and report
• Benchmark current property conditions; obtain Energy Star rating; evaluate opportunities and interest in LEED certification (optional)
• Provide detailed and specific energy conservation measures (ECMs), pricing, and ROI estimates
• Establish timeline and financial objectives for ECMs

3. Implementation

• Design, build, implement energy conservation measures (ECMs) as directed by client

4. Inspection and commissioning services

• Energy and performance monitoring, measurement and verification; advanced analytics
• Operations and maintenance services
• Staff and/or tenant education or training programs
• Discuss advanced technologies, alternative energy solutions, provide additional services/solutions as requested by client
